Absolutely. Each project is unique and tailored specifically to the customer. One of our team members will work closely with you throughout all design decisions and material selections to ensure you are not overwhelmed by the process. This could go many avenues, from allowing you to make all selections unassisted to providing a consolidated list of materials to choose from or our team members making some decisions based on your inspiration and guidance.

I don't have a floor plan. Can you help?

Absolutely! We work with local engineers, allowing us to create your dream home. We also provide 3D walkthroughs of the final design as part of our design process, allowing you to visualize the final product and adjust any small details before breaking ground.
I don't have land yet. Can you help?

Absolutely. We frequently have lots available. If you don't love one of those, we will work with you to help locate the perfect lot to build your dream home.

What is the cost of a new construction house?

This is a very difficult question to answer without many details. All of our floor plans have starting prices listed. However, if you want to bring your own floorplan, or have us custom design a floorplan for you, pricing will typically be between $200 - $250 per square foot. We can help guide you throughout the design process to make budget conscious design decisions.

How long does it take to build a house?

Design and engineering typically takes two to three months, starting from initial consultation until the permit is received. Construction generally takes six (6) months to go from receipt of permit until the home is move-in ready. However, this can be greatly impacted by material selections and project complexity. Once a contract is signed, we will provide you with a complete project schedule, detailing each step of the process as well as the estimated overall completion date.
